The Friend Map on Instagram is a new feature that will be introduced by Instagram. The Friend Map will help the users share their live location with their friends and family and also help the users to track their friend’s real-time location easily. The live location of users will be seen only by the selected users and not by everyone. It is said that it will also allow users to give a message on that map.

The Friend Map on Instagram will also have privacy options that will protect the user’s privacy more. By using ‘Ghost Mode’ users can hide their active locations. Also, users can send their recent location to their close friends alone. The date of launch of this Friend Map feature is not announced yet.
