Inactive Gmail Accounts Will Be Deleted
Google released an important announcement for every Gmail user. That announcement says that the long-term unused Gmail accounts will be deleted by Google. This was announced by Google by the last month. Also, they were sending warning mail to inactive accounts. According to that warning mail, the account will be considered as an inactive account if it is inactive for 2 years. If an account is inactive for 2 years, then that inactive Gmail account will be deleted by Google.
What Is an Inactive Gmail Account?
The mail id which is not logged in for 2 years will also be considered as an inactive account. If a mail account was logged in at once in these 2 years, then that account will not be considered an inactive account.
When Will Google Delete Inactive Account?
The inactive accounts will be deleted by Google from 01 December 2023. The inactive Gmail account will be deleted completely. The inactive account will not be deleted without your knowledge. Google will send you the warning mails to your account and also they will send warning mail to the recovery mail which you gave. If you don’t respond to any of these, then your account will be considered an inactive account and will be deleted by Google.
How To Save Your Inactive Account?
You have to log in with your Gmail Id once in these 2 years.
